Wedge Base Lamps

The All glass wedge base lamps are economical, easy to use, and reliable. Because there is no base being attached to the lamp, the elimination of the basing operation makes the wedge base lamp one of the most cost effective light sources. Simple to install with a push, it saves time and money in assembly and adapts readily to automatic assembly equipment. Just pull to remove for easy replacement. With no metal base, weld, or solder connections to work loose, break, or corrode, the wedge base lamp performs reliably under the most severe operating conditions.

T-20 all glass wedge base lamps for automotive stop and turn signals save time, money, and space by eliminating a metal or plastic base which means less weight and elimination of the solder or welded connections needed in basing lamps. This makes the wedge base lamp a reliable alternative to conventional metal or plastic based S-8 lamps.

Xenon gas filled wedge base lamps have been developed by Harison USA in conjunction with Harison Electric Company Limited of Japan to produce a brighter, whiter output than conventional vacuum lamps and maintain their luminous output over the lamps life. Available in T-2 (7.2 MM) and T-3 1/4 (10 MM) sizes, these lamps are ideal for backlighting LCD displays or any application where the designed would like a whiter light source.
