By designing and building Lamp Manufacturing Machine - Close up our own automatic machines and test equipment, quality is built into every lamp we produce. This allows for quick design new machines or modify existing ones to meet customer's special lamp requirements. Since we build the machines, we also have the knowledge to keep them in perfect operating condition which is fundamental to continuous excellent quality.

Lamp Manufacturing Machine Testing is performed regularly throughout the manufacturing process from incoming inspection of raw materials through final shipping to insure only the highest quality parts are sent. Raw materials tests include glass strength and filament tensile strength. There are also a variety of tests performed on the automatic assembly machine including current checks to verify lamps are within electrical specifications and tests by computerized optical systems to verify filament and lead wire positions.

All finished lamps are subjected to a 100% light-up test to insure vacuum, filament, and Life Test Room lead wire integrity. Additional tests are performed on lot samples including accelerated life testing, environmental testing, and shock and vibration tests. Special testing and controlled lot production can be arranged upon request.
